Pre-processing stage

The pre-treatment stage of sand blasting process refers to the treatment of the workpiece surface before it is sprayed or sprayed with protective coating, like the below picture.

The quality of sand blasting pretreatment affects the adhesion, appearance, moisture resistance and corrosion resistance of the coating. If the pretreatment is not done well, the corrosion will continue to spread under the coating, so that the coating will fall off. After careful cleaning of the surface and general simple cleaning of the workpiece, the life of the coating can be 4-5 times longer than that of the coating by exposure method. There are many methods for surface cleaning, but the most commonly accepted ones are solvent cleaning, pickling, manual tools and power tools.

Sandblasting stage

Sandblasting process is to use compressed air as power to form high-speed jet beam, which sprays the material and other high-speed to the surface of the workpiece to be treated, so that the appearance of the workpiece changes. Because of the impact and cutting effect of abrasive on the workpiece surface, the workpiece surface can obtain a certain degree of cleanliness and different roughness, so that the machine of the workpiece surface can be made. The mechanical properties have been improved.
